At one end of a row of three cottages in the front courtyard, the front door enters into the spacious living room with dining table. An archway leads through to the well fitted kitchen with good worktop and cupboard space and a breakfast bar. A short corridor leads off the living room to an inner hall area, off which is the bathroom (wc, sink, bath with modern electric shower over) and a large understairs storage area.

Low beams in the inner hall and bathroom give a restricted height of approx 5’11”. Stairs lead from the hall to the small open plan bedroom with large built in wardrobe. There is space for a cot at the foot of the stairs in the inner hall.
